Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be available as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how you can manage, change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

  • Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term — if you don't wish to renew, simply cancel before the renewal date
  • You can change or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the link in your order confirmation email

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or not yet available. Depending on the item, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, then charge the full or remaining balance when your order is ready to be fulfilled.

  • You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled
  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — however you may be eligible for a full or partial refund

Try Before You Buy

Lux Paws Couture does not currently offer a try before you buy program.
