At Lux Paws Couture, every collar is handcrafted with genuine leather and premium rhinestones. We stand behind the quality of our work and are proud to offer the following guarantee.
12-Month Craftsmanship & Sparkle Guarantee
Your collar is guaranteed against faults in workmanship, hardware, stitching and rhinestone settings for 12 months from the date of purchase.If any rhinestones or crystals fall out under normal use within this period, we will repair or replace the item in accordance with this guarantee.
Care Recommendations
Our collars are couture pieces — designed for style, luxury and everyday elegance. To keep your collar looking its best and to maintain your guarantee, we strongly recommend removing it during:
- Rough play or tumbling with other dogs
- Swimming, bathing or any water exposure
- Muddy, sandy or harsh outdoor environments
Please note: damage caused by these activities falls outside the intended use of our couture collars and is not covered under this guarantee.
What's Not Covered
As with all genuine leather goods adorned with delicate embellishments, some natural variation and wear over time is to be expected. The following are not covered under our guarantee:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, softening or stretching of leather
- Damage caused by chewing, pulling, rough play or water exposure
- Accidental damage, misuse or improper storage
- Use of harsh cleaners, oils or chemicals on the leather or rhinestones
Products Excluded from the Guarantee
The following products are not covered under the 12-Month Craftsmanship & Sparkle Guarantee:
- Naomi De Lux &Midnight Empress collection
- Harness sets — Velvet Set and Teddy Set
- Bowls
- Bows
- Any product not classified as a standard leather collar

Our team will assess your claim and, if approved, arrange a repair, replacement or store credit at our discretion.
