At Lux Paws Couture, each collar is handcrafted with the utmost care, using genuine leather and premium rhinestones. We proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces and are pleased to offer the following guarantee:
12-Month Craftsmanship & Sparkle Guarantee
- Your collar is guaranteed against faults in workmanship, hardware, stitching, and rhinestone settings for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Should any rhinestones or crystals fall out under normal use, we will repair or replace the item in accordance with this guarantee.
Care Recommendations
Our collars are couture pieces, designed for style and luxury. To preserve their beauty and longevity, we strongly recommend removing your collar during:
- Rough play or rumbling with other dogs
- Swimming, bathing, or exposure to water
- Muddy, sandy, or harsh outdoor environments
Please note: Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by these activities, as they are outside the intended use of our couture collars.
What’s Not Covered
Because our collars are made from genuine leather and adorned with delicate embellishments, natural variations and signs of wear are to be expected. Our guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (including scratches, fading, softening, or stretching of leather)
- Damage caused by chewing, pulling, rough play, or water exposure
- Accidental damage, misuse, or improper storage
- Use of harsh cleaners, oils, or chemicals that may damage the leather or rhinestones
Making a Claim
To submit a guarantee claim, please contact us at sales@luxpawscouture.com.au with the following details:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the collar showing the fault
- A description of the issue
Our team will assess your claim and, if approved, arrange repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
